A detailed question-and-answer assessment that you can take at your convenience to assess your current ergonomic setup.You'll get a printable report that will outline the changes you need make to your workstation to feel more comfortable and productive.This assessment includes a workstation setup video to help you to visualise an optimal ergonomic setup using the equipment you have, but note that it does not include 1:1 input from Phumla.If you'd like further input and personalised assistance, consider the Workstation Setup Call or Workstation Setup + Follow-Up.

Workstation Setup Call

Take the Express Ergonomics Self-Assessment, then add on a 30-minute video call with Phumla to implement the recommendations of the Self-Assessment at your specific workstation.Ask questions, take measurements, and get Phumla’s expertise to set up a workspace that's primed for productivity (and joy!).

Onsite Consultation (referrals only)

If you have a specific pathology or injury, I offer an onsite assessment and consultation at your place of work (Gauteng area).This service is provided on a referral basis (from your physio, GP, or other medical professional), as I will need to know your specific medical history to optimise your workstation setup and make appropriate recommendations.An onsite consultation is R4300, excluding travel.
